Wedding Photography Pricing and FAQ
Your wedding day is one of the most special days of your life, and investing in quality photography ensures those memories are beautifully preserved. Long after the flowers have faded and the cake is eaten, your photographs and videos are the lasting keepsakes that only grow in value over time.
Each of our collections includes full-day coverage, starting around three hours before your ceremony and continuing through to three or four dances into your reception. Full-day coverage starts at £1,300, but this is completely flexible and can be tailored to suit your needs. If you’d prefer just a few hours of coverage, that’s absolutely no problem—we’ll create a package that’s perfect for you.
There’s something truly special about seeing your wedding photographs in a beautiful album. We still have our granny’s album from 1959, and it lets us step back in time and feel her joy all over again. Your wedding album isn’t just for you—it’s a keepsake your children and future generations will treasure, connecting them to your love for years to come.
FAQs - Wedding Photography Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, a £250 booking fee is required to secure your date. With the number of weddings I take on each year and the volume of enquiries I receive, your date isn’t confirmed until the booking fee is paid and an online contract is signed.

All of my packages include full-day coverage for your wedding, typically starting about three hours before your ceremony and continuing until four dances into your reception. I’ve found this timeframe works best for capturing the full story of your day, ensuring nothing is missed in your wedding album. That said, it’s not set in stone—you don’t have to book me for the entire day. The packages in my brochure are fully customizable, so we can create a plan that perfectly fits your vision for your wedding photography.

I usually shoot most of my weddings on my own, but if you’d like a second photographer, that can always be arranged. For example, if you’d like both houses covered during morning prep and they’re 15 minutes or more apart, I’d recommend adding another photographer. I’m also fortunate to be a member of the Professional Photographers Association of Northern Ireland, so whenever a couple requests a second shooter, I always bring along another experienced, full-time wedding photographer.

I typically advise couples that it takes a maximum of 8–12 weeks to edit and deliver your full wedding gallery. During quieter periods, I’m sometimes able to complete it in as little as 4 weeks. The exact timing can vary depending on the time of year.

One thing couples don’t always consider is what happens if a supplier falls ill—especially as many of us are self-employed and the sole member of our business. I’m fortunate to be a member of both the Professional Photographers Association of Northern Ireland and the SWPP, which means I always have access to reliable cover if ever needed. Through these associations, I’ve built relationships with many world-class photographers, so you can rest assured that your wedding would always be photographed to the highest standard. Don’t worry—I won’t be sending Henry, Ivy, or Robyn to cover your wedding… they’ll have to wait a few more years for that!

The number of images in a wedding gallery really depends on how the day unfolds—some galleries have around 500 photos, while others can have 1,300 or more. I aim to capture a balanced mix: natural, candid moments of you enjoying the day, formal portraits with your families, and a strong selection of reportage-style images that tell the full story of your wedding.
-
I deliver all of my finished galleries through a private online platform. You can download every image in high resolution and save them in multiple locations for safekeeping. Your gallery can also be easily shared with friends and family, so everyone can relive the day and enjoy the full story of your wedding.

Absolutely! I have a cozy little office at my home in Annalong, County Down, and I’d be delighted to show you several of my sample albums. I really enjoy meeting couples in person and having a relaxed chat about your wedding—it’s always lovely to hear about your plans and get to know you both!
